💎 Why the quality of Salt is important

We only supply pure Grade A PDV salt — because all water softeners needs that quality to survive.  Salt purity is essential to keeping your system running smoothly and lasting longer.

As the UK salt market grows, we’ve seen more sea and lake salt creep in. It’s not necessarily cheaper — but it will bring both coarse and fine sand sediment, sea foam (algae growth), and oily residue into your system, which will damage your softener’s valve, and potentially your home.

🛑 Important: Using poor-quality salt will invalidate your softener’s guarantee.

If you’ve been using granular salt, now’s the time to switch.

Tablet salt is far better for your machine — it reduces wear and tear and helps extend its life.  The only people who sell and recommend granular salt either don't know how damaging it can be, or don't care.
