We continue to strive hard to protect our customers, and have strict procedures in place to ensure your safety.

In most circumstances, we are now able to carry out home visits for the purpose of servicing equipment, replacing filters, and delivering salt. We can also now visit your home to help you choose the right softener for your needs (a sales visit), and safely carry out installations as well.

The only exceptions are if someone is either shielding, self-isolating or has symptoms of Coronavirus within your home.

If you would like your salt delivered to you, when we arrive at your home we will place the salt outside the front of your home in the preferred location.

We can also now carry out free of charge health checks on your water softener once more.

This specially formulated softened water washing powder is ideal for people with sensitive skin (Dermatologically tested at Reading Clinical Research and officially approved as Suitable for Sensitive Skin). It is a non-biological powder, and has superior cleaning when compared to the current UK market leader. It will wash well at 30 degrees, but best washes are at 40 degrees. The powder is also 'green' as it is fully biodegradable. It comes in a special self-dosing 60-wash bottle, eliminating clogged washing machine drawers and spills.

Our service includes free delivery to your home where we will put your salt neatly away in your preferred location. We will refill your water softener for you, and check the performance of the softener to ensure it is producing beautifully softened water.
