Hi, I’m Andy, and I joined Hydroworks in late 2024.

With a background in builders’ merchants, I saw this role as an opportunity to bring my experience and skill set into a business that truly values customer service and teamwork. From the moment I read about Hydroworks and its team, I felt it would be a great fit for me.

Initially, my role focused on salt deliveries and filter changes, but in a short time, Laurence has expanded my responsibilities significantly. I now work closely with him and the entire team, contributing to different aspects of the business and growing my expertise every day.

Having someone with his level of life experience has been a real asset to the business. From the outset, I noticed his calm, steady approach, which is invaluable in both customer-facing and team-support roles.

Since joining us, Andy has taken on a range of responsibilities. He has trained in the office, providing vital support to Mitch, and has also stepped into a mentoring role for our installation engineer, Ash.

Andy has a natural problem-solving ability, which makes him an ideal fit for service work. His role is now evolving to include a significant focus on servicing water softeners, and he and I will be working closely together to develop his skills in this area. I’m really looking forward to seeing his growth and the impact he will continue to have at Hydroworks.
