Free Water Softener Health Check

What Does it Include?

The purpose of this health check would be to test the quality of the water, including the water softness and hardness levels. We are also happy to do this with a salt delivery or separately, at no cost to you.

Additionally, as older fittings can become worn and sometimes even brittle with age, we would also check the installation pipework itself to ensure that there are no obvious signs of leaks or damage occurring to your property.

Furthermore, in recent years, we have noticed that water authorities across our region have gradually increased water pressure, which can cause havoc with older installations and sometimes even put homes at risk of flooding. We will check your water pressure to ensure you are fully protected.

Is it Really Free?

Yes, our FREE OF CHARGE health check is aimed at giving you peace of mind that your softener is operating correctly, and still producing the highest quality of softened water and drinking water you will have come to expect from Hydroworks ER Longley.

How Do I Book?

Just let us know by ticking the “FREE Water Softener Health Check" option on any salt product before adding it to the cart. Your salt order will then instruct us to test your water softener and drinking water system when we deliver your order.
