 Sam brings a wealth of experience in customer service and administration, with exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people. Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-driven, she’s as comfortable working independently as she is supporting the wider team.

At Hydroworks, Sam is more than just a safe pair of hands — she’s a problem-solver with a positive attitude, always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed. Whether it’s keeping everything running smoothly in the office, heading out on salt deliveries, or even rolling up her sleeves alongside our engineers, Sam makes sure the job gets done.
