We were looking for a good, reliable and responsive company to help us with installing a water softener. We hadn’t had much luck elsewhere, but we came across Hydroworks and we are so glad we did!

Laurence is professional, with amazing attention to detail and great customer service. He is passionate about the industry and very knowledgeable. Mitchell from the customer service team was polite and helpful, and the installer Jay was friendly and did a great quality job.
