Laurence of Hydroworks came to check out our old water softener and spent some time explaining that a new installation was the sensible solution for us. He installed a temporary unit and returned as promised with our new unit at an agreed date, demonstrated it and how to work it, cleared any mess and packaging.

He took away our supply of salt pellets and left a copious supply of salt "bricks" to use in our new unit.

It has worked beautifully since installation and we have a ten year guarantee on it. We are well satisfied
