Laurence and the team are very knowledgable

Laurence and the team are very knowledgeable and found the faults with my previous machine quickly and efficiently. He provided lots of information on solutions and left us with a test machine whilst we worked out what to do. We chose a new machine in the end rather than getting the old one fixed. We never felt pressured into a sale and are sure the team tried to get us the right outcome. Fitting was quick and efficient. Whilst it's only been two weeks since fitting we hope the machine continues to give us good service. Thank you!
