Comprehensive subject knowledge

My initial enquiry resulted in an on-site visit from Laurence. He took meticulous care in surveying the site and considering the various options. His knowledge of the subject is comprehensive abd he was able to explain the issues clearly. There was no pressure to sign-up to a deal. He gave us plenty of time to question and there was no pressure to accept.
