When it's time for you to move home:

To make things even easier, we’ll handle the move for you. When the time comes, we’ll:

• Disconnect and remove your softener from your current home
  
  

• Give it a full, free-of-charge service at our workshop (labour only. If spares are needed, we'll let you know)
  
  

• Reinstall it for you in your new home when you’re ready
  
  

That means one less thing to worry about on moving day — and a fresh start in your new home, with beautifully softened water from the moment you unpack.
