Battery Operated iLid
And just like all MiniMax softeners, the Innova doesn’t require electricity to operate. The smart iLid is powered separately by 4 x AAA alkaline batteries, which typically last up to a year. For best performance, we recommend replacing all four batteries at the same time — and avoiding rechargeable batteries, which may not provide consistent voltage for the iLid’s sensors.
