Gregor joined us in July 2025 as "Director: Head of People & Operations" to make sure that foundation stays strong.
His remit is simple but powerful: listen, notice, support. Gregor believes that when people are happy in their work, customers receive a level of service that feels effortless, genuine, and trustworthy.
He brings a calm, constructive energy to the business. A listener first and a motivator by nature, Gregor helps ensure that every interaction — within the team and with our customers — reflects the same values: kindness, professionalism, and pride in doing things properly.
His purpose is to connect people, refine processes, and make sure every customer feels the benefits of a team working at its very best.
