We continue to strive hard to protect our customers, and have strict procedures in place to ensure your safety.

In most circumstances, we are now able to carry out home visits for the purpose of servicing equipment, replacing filters, and delivering salt. We can also now visit your home to help you choose the right softener for your needs (a sales visit), and safely carry out installations as well.

The only exceptions are if someone is either shielding, self-isolating or has symptoms of Coronavirus within your home.

If you would like your salt delivered to you, when we arrive at your home we will place the salt outside the front of your home in the preferred location.

We can also now carry out free of charge health checks on your water softener once more.

Selecting the right softener for your home need not be complicated, but it's the area where we see many people struggle, mainly because there is so much misinformation out there, often deliberately placed so that it does confuse.

When it comes to surveying your property, there are so many factors that need to be considered, and having taken the time to establish all your needs, we'll make it really simple, and get it right, first time.

Our installation process

The sales call

When we initially come to see you, we will establish which is the best product for your home, your needs, and your future requirements, plus of course your budget. We'll discuss pricing, payment options, and go into as much or as little detail as you prefer.

Pre-installation survey

Prior to the day of installation, Gavin, our Head Engineer, will come to your home and survey the installation to ensure that you are entirely happy with what we will be doing. Gavin will discuss pipe runs, and let you know exactly what you can expect. This also helps us to ensure that, on the day, everything goes to plan.

Post-installation telephone call

After installation, Tammy will call you to check that you are happy and establish if there is anything that needs our urgent attention. Tammy will also book an appointment for Laurence to come and see you, typically a week later, giving you time to adjust to your new softener.

Post-installation visit

The purpose of this visit is to ensure that, a week later, you are entirely happy. If there is anything that you feel needs attention, we'll get it sorted. We are entirely committed to your delight and satisfaction. Our reputation is your guarantee.
